1. Scope

This Policy explains production, dispatch and delivery for Products bought from Tap ’N. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

We deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is available only where the destination is shown at checkout or we expressly agree it in writing.

2. Production before dispatch

Standard Orders may take up to nine working days to produce before dispatch. This period is separate from the delivery estimate.

Custom or bulk Order production and delivery times will be agreed separately in the quote, specification or Order Confirmation. We will contact you if a material delay becomes likely.

3. UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free.

The estimated delivery time is two to five working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but they do not affect your legal rights if delivery is unreasonably late.

4. International delivery

International delivery costs £20 per Order. It is available only for destinations shown at checkout or expressly agreed by us before the Contract is formed.

The estimated delivery time for an available destination will be shown at checkout or confirmed in writing. International delivery can take longer because of carrier networks, local delivery conditions and customs clearance.

We may check whether a Product can lawfully and safely be delivered to the selected country before accepting the Order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an international delivery after taking payment, we will tell you and refund the affected amount promptly.

5. Import VAT, customs duty and local charges

The £20 international delivery price does not include import VAT, customs duty, clearance fees or local handling charges unless we expressly state otherwise.

These charges are normally payable by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for supplying information reasonably required for customs clearance and complying with lawful import restrictions. Tap ’N does not control the amount charged by customs authorities or local carriers.

6. Tracking and dispatch notices

Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address supplied with the Order after dispatch. Tracking scans and estimated arrival dates are supplied by the carrier and may update after the parcel enters its network.

7. Delivery addresses

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name and contact details. Check these details before submitting the Order and tell us promptly if a correction is needed.

If production or dispatch has already begun, we may not be able to change the address. Where an incorrect customer-supplied address causes a failed delivery, we may charge the reasonable direct cost of redelivery after telling you the amount.

8. Delivery attempts and safe places

If no one is available, the carrier may use its lawful safe-place, collection-point or redelivery process. Delivery is complete when the parcel is delivered to the recipient, a person at the address or a safe place nominated by the customer, as permitted by law.

9. Delays outside reasonable control

Carrier disruption, customs checks, severe weather, transport interruption or other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will update you if we become aware of a material delay.

Nothing in this Policy limits a Consumer’s statutory rights concerning late delivery, including any right to set an additional reasonable deadline or cancel in circumstances provided by law.

10. Lost, damaged or incomplete deliveries

Contact contactus@tapn.cloud as soon as reasonably possible if a parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is incomplete. Include your name, Order number and clear details of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate damage, but we will not impose unreasonable evidence requirements.

Where a valid loss, transit-damage or shortage claim is established, we will provide the remedy required by law and bear reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.

11. Split deliveries

We may send Products in separate parcels where reasonable. We will not add delivery charges unless you agreed them before the Contract was formed.
